Need high-quality print work that doesn’t require binding? You can order your print work from CSforStudents loose-leaf. Loose-leaf printing gives you the freedom to manage your documents in an organized and customizable way. Whether you print business reports, manuals, presentations or personal notes, loose-leaf printing gives you control over the order and arrangement of content.
In addition, loose-leaf printing offers the convenience of quick and efficient filing. You can place documents in special folders or ring binders, using 2 or 4 punch holes, making them easy to organize and find when needed. Moreover, you can easily copy or share individual pages with others, facilitating collaboration and information exchange.
Small format color
For small format color printing, we use color printers that excel for their excellent image quality and high productivity. Our printer is equipped with an additional color station, so we have the ability to make print work even more special. Using a transparent toner, it is possible to print some or all of it with gloss varnish. This gives special possibilities such as making a logo extra shiny. Plus, we offer a wide range of paper choices, from luxury thick paper to Biotop paper, so you can choose the perfect material to match your style and content.
NB! Small format print work always has a 5mm white edge. Want your print work without white edges? Then select SRA4 or SRA3 format (Pro-Graphic White). For Biotop or Pro-Graphic Crème, there is no SRA4 or SRA3. Then select A3 for print work without white borders (A3 does not have this option). Always note this in the comments!
Submission specifications
- File type: PDF (NO SPREADS)
- Resolution: minimum 150 dpi (recommended: 300 dpi).
- Margin: be sure to maintain a minimum margin of 5mm so that all text remains fully visible and legible.
- Cut marks: optional.
- Smoothing transparencies: yes
- Dubbel-sided: save the file as 1 PDF.
- Variable printing: upload a separate PDF for each design.

Paper type
It is possible to choose from different types of paper:
Pro-Graphic White
The Pro-Graphic white paper is the whitest color paper on the market. With the extreme whiteness of 170 CIE, it has excellent contrast and a very wide range of print colors. The paper is FSC certified.
Biotop
Biotop paper is an eco-friendly choice that offers the perfect balance of quality and durability, it is made from wood just like most papers. However, Biotop is made from wood remnants from sawmills, which is normally discarded. With its natural cream hue and soft texture, Biotop paper gives a warm and inviting feel to your printed materials. Whether for business documents, brochures, invitations or artistic creations, Biotop paper adds a touch of authenticity to your work. Biotop paper is uncoated and produced without chlorine or optical brighteners/color pigments. The paper is FSC certified.
